What's the turnaround time on each project?
On average, most requests are completed in 1-3 business days. However, more complex requests can take longer.
Is your subscription like a retainer?
Our offering is more flexible than a retainer. To help through these tough businesses times, ZAM offer month-to-month subscriptions with no lock-in contracts or commitments. Scale up and down, pause or cancel your subscription any time.

What are your payment terms and methods?

When can we start work?
Subscribe to a plan and we'll quickly add you to your own Trello board. This process usually takes about an hour to complete from the time you subscribe. Once you accept the invite to Trello, you're ready to rock. Further instructions on how to use the Trello board to request designs can be found on the board itself.
How will I request designs?
What if I don't like the design you come up with?
Not a problem, we'll revise it until we get it right. Sometimes you've got to see it first to get a good feeling for what you're after.
What programs do you design in?
We use industry-standard tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma and Microsoft Suite (Word, Powerpoint and Excel). Also Google Suite, Squarespace, WordPress (Divi), Wix and Framer. Google Web Designer. We are well versed in a long list of programs!
Can I develop my execution ideas with you?
You sure can. We love a good ideation session. We thrive on getting to know you and your business and then work hard at coming up with cracking ideas to solve your marketing, creative, attention, branding ... issues.
